Return Policy

This policy applies to cancellations, returns, and refunds for Xexvalonmmshap courier and small errands services. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.

Return Period

For services not yet performed, you may cancel in line with the cancellation terms agreed at booking. For completed services, eligibility for a refund or remedy depends on whether the service did not meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. not fit for purpose or not delivered as agreed). Raise any concern with us as soon as possible after the service.

Return Conditions

  • Cancellation or refund requests must be made in a reasonable time and in the way we specify (e.g. by email or contact form)
  • Where a service has been performed but you believe it was faulty or not as described, we may ask for details so we can assess your request
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including to a remedy for faulty services) are not limited by these conditions where the law does not permit it

Cost of Return Delivery

We provide courier and errand services rather than physical goods for return. If a service is cancelled before performance, no return delivery cost applies. If we have collected an item from you and you cancel, we will agree with you whether the item is to be returned and who bears any cost; this will be confirmed at booking or when you cancel.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a cancellation, refund, or to report a problem with a service
  2. We will confirm receipt and may ask for additional details
  3. We will assess your request and respond within a reasonable time, including any offer of refund, reschedule, or other remedy
  4. If you are returning an item we are holding (e.g. after a cancelled job), we will arrange return as agreed

Non-Returnable Items and Services

Once a parcel handover or errand has been completed as agreed, the service is considered delivered. We do not offer "returns" in the sense of undoing a completed service; however, if the service was not supplied in accordance with consumer guarantees (e.g. not with due care and skill), you may have a right to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Certain items we are asked to carry may not be returnable by their nature (e.g. perishables); we will confirm when relevant.

General Legal Requirements

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to consumer guarantees when you acquire our services. These include that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for any disclosed purpose, and are delivered as described. We cannot exclude these guarantees. Where we fail to meet them, you may be entitled to a remedy such as resupply of the service or refund. This policy operates in addition to those rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you: If you need to cancel a booked parcel handover or errand, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes. Cancellation terms (including any fee or refund) depend on how close to the agreed time you cancel; we will confirm when you book.

Cancellation by us: We may cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or operational reasons). If we cancel, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative date where applicable.

Refund Procedure

  • If you have paid in advance and we cancel the service, we will refund the amount paid using the same method of payment where practicable
  • If you cancel, refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the terms agreed at booking; we will confirm in our response to your request
  • Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund (e.g. for a major failure), we will process it within a reasonable time
  • Contact us to request a refund; we will confirm once the refund has been processed

Completed Services

Once a parcel handover or errand has been completed as agreed, the service is considered delivered. Disputes about quality or outcome should be raised with us promptly so we can look into them and, where applicable, offer a remedy under this policy or the Australian Consumer Law.
